nutmeg ………….

some chopping and preparation to make jams, pickles, chutneys and one thing needed was some freshly grated nutmeg ………. nutmeg is the seed of the nutmeg tree, whereas mace is the covering around the nutmeg ……. never really looked at inside of nutmeg before ……. real woody and almost like veins running through it ….. naturally beautiful …….
