Rondebosch Park
In 1870 Rondebosch Common was taken over by the Rondebosch and Mowbray municipalities, being later transferred to that of Cape Town. Parts were subdivided from it, and Rondebosch Park was one of these.
Rondebosch Park is an open park of big trees, avenues of oaks, planes and pines, and a variety of flora. There are pathways for walks, lawns for picnics and benches to sit and relax.
