Playing in the leaves.

Rather than climb the tree, Mr Messi-cat enjoyed playing with twigs in the leaves underneath it this afternoon.

We had a very worried night last night... Our very adventurous Mrs Rossi-cat vanished for about 10 hours. She eventually (and thankfully) came home at 5am this morning. We were up in the night to call for her and were beginning to make plans for the search this morning with a leaflet drop around the neighbours to check their sheds etc. Imagine our relief when the dear little thing jumped up on the bed just after 5am as if nothing was wrong at all. Perhaps she must have found a little mouse nest that she was guarding or found a cozy spot for a nap so she ignored our calls to come home for her dinner last night.
