You can just see white feathers starting to appear that will turn this chap/chapess into a beautiful swan. Lovely day cycling down to Cramond to enjoy all the activity going on at the harbour this afternoon, including an 'I'm much bigger than you, so push-off mate', approach for snaffling the bread that was being thrown for the ducks, gulls and swans to enjoy.
