All that glitters.......

The morning was spent in the company of some lovely ladies, drinking tea and chatting, then it we jumped in the car and took a drive over Tilden Park to wee place called Port Costa, where an amazing lady called Wendy Addison has her magical little shop and studio.

She makes and sells wonderful vintage cards, decorations and gifts, often using glass glitter and her old printing press. I managed to spend a small fortune in her shop on Christmas presents.
I justified it to myself as I've no idea when I'll next be back.


Another lovely drive back to Berkeley, and then out to dinner at the home of a couple who are Greek and Norwegian. Her parents were visiting from Norway, so we had a great evening, sitting round the big table, eating great food and chatting about our different cultures. Such lovely people.
