Winter Chantarelles

Here are some of the spoils of our foraging expedition to the New Forest - we found armfuls of Winter Chantarelles and hedgehog mushrooms - both very tasty. Then we headed back to Siobhan's for a huge roast dinner (13 of us around the table) accompanied by champagne and Christmas carols. A fabulous weekend!
