Greylag Goose at Drumpellier Country Park
We were in Glasgow today, for STAG's Glasgow Parks orienteering competition. This is three races in 3 different parks, where at least some part of the map is in Glasgow. We started at Garscube, at the West of Scotland Science Park, before heading to Kelvingrove Park and finally Drumpellier for a chasing start. Drumpellier had one control in Greater Glasgow, so counts. It also has a very good pond with lots of birds. I was able to take this picture of the Greylag cleaning itself. I also saw Goldeneye, as well as Mallards and Black-headed Gulls. The weather was great all day, mild, sunny and windless.
