Ouch!! And other expletives....!!!

Exhausting day of coming and going...rugby, drama, climbing (kids!), sainsburys, tutoring (me) - all made slightly harder having drunk a glass(or 2) more of champagne than it should have. In the rush to get dinner on the table, I managed to tip half the boiling potato water over my foot. Was wearing thick tights, so whipped them off, ran up to the bath and ran cold water on it. Man, it's blooming sore and blistering already. Makes you realise how much pain someone whose suffered severe burns must be in...
