Stopping off at Chipping Norton today for a caffeine boost on our way to visit my mother-in-law, I thought the town deserved recognition in its devotion to the public's needs. A waste bin by a letter box by what looks like a phone box, but actually houses a defibrillator. And then the straw bale on top for any passing hungry horses. Very thoughtful, that.
