Guarding cat

On our weekly walk in the woods of Drenthe we saw this cat (we call him Durk) who is guarding the display with things for sale.
When Carst passed by at first nothing happened but when he came to near Durk started to hiss and chased the poor Carst.....
We did not buy anything from the display.
