Day Off

Needed the day off and really enjoyed myself.
Osteopath at 11...." I need to get a dog" well that's great I want to get one anyway.
Apparently I become a bit sedentary at this time of year and generally want to curl up in a ball an hibernate (summer bird me!!) Felt much looser after I left lol.
Then spent the day with Rachel. We indulged at lunch time with battered sausage and chips....naughty but very nice :))
Dog walked ...that was a task with Dudley the Basset.
Had a call from himself that threw the day apart as always.
Finished on a good note with a little bit of me pampering and a haircut yipee.
Get home to find the boysmen were waiting for me to feed them....some excuse about timings ...yeah right
