A moving experience II

Getting firewood is more about moving wood around than chopping it up:
Move tree from vertical to horizontal position; (chop it up yadayada...); move brash to a big pile and set fire to it; move bits you want from the ground to the back of your car; drive it home; move wood from back of car to back of house; move wood from pile at back of house to chopping block; move bits of wood lying around chopping block to a nice neat pile; move wood from nice neat pile to fireplace.
But it's worth it - and jolly good exercise. Now we have more wood than you can shake a smaller diameter but longer bit of wood at.
