Got my girl back!

Whatever has been wrong with Audrey these past few weeks, has gone (teething, illness, illness, teething etc.) She's back. And what a pleasure she is to have around!

I've loved hanging out with her today. We did our old walk to West Didsbury this morning via Chorltonville and down Darley Avenue. There's a part of the walk after the Parkway, where the view opens up and you can see the river twinkling and the lush green golf course. It's stunning. You'd never guess you were in a Manchester suburb.

We had a run round Cavendish Park followed by lunch at The Met (Jo joining us briefly).

Then this afternoon we headed to a neighbour's 3 year old birthday party (see pic). Audrey and I had our first bouncy castle experience. That girl is fearless. Was so proud of her charging round the room, trying all the slides, trikes etc. She even joined in a game of football and properly dribbled the ball. Harper Beckham eat your heart out!

Out tonight with Angus for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Not a bad Sunday all in all.
