Indoor athletics track is not flat!!

Spent a couple of hours this morning at Lee Valley Stadium on the indoor track coaching two of my my 400 metre athletes. The objective was for them to familiarise themselves with block starts in each of the lanes on the banking of the indoor track in preparation for the indoor season in the new year.
