we popped a bottle of bubbly and the rest of the night fell in step. my friend made quite the exit out of the bar while visiting and we ultimately ended up in bed early - a let down to some but a successful bar outing for us. i even ran into an old friend, which was quite a surprise. i have an interview in the city monday and even though i can't muster the strength to go for a run today from feeling sick, monday it'll be all thrills and nerves.
