Early Abernethy

Blimey, this working lark is taking it out of me! Had to start an hour earlier this morning and so had an early morning walk as I knew it would be too dark for blips when I got home. Just as well i left early as I am in the bad books for having forgotten to buy advent calendars - December has sort of crept up on me. Dropped into local co op on my way home where the boy assured me that although they had sold out he was sure they would be getting more in - I felt obliged to point out that this was unlikely given the date. Was forced to buy maltesers for the boys as penance and will be hot footing it to Thorntons first thing in the morning.
