Birthday Gift (Part 1)

I got an idea for a homemade birthday present on Pinterest, when a person had gathered lots of nail things, like polish and hand cream and stuff, and put it into a little jar. I thought it was really sweet and wanted to do it for my mum's birthday. (I am going to put mine in a little box though because some of them are quite big and I don't think I can find a jar big enough).
