Faves, Habas, Broad Beans,

Whatever! I sowed most of the seeds yesterday, but ran out and had to finish the rows off this morning.

On the way to the Mas a neighbour stopped me to have a little chat, and he told me I shouldn't be planting broad beans at the moment because the moon was in the wrong part of it's cycle.

Much is made of this around here, although I've never taken any notice of the position of the moon myself, other than to admire it of course, so when I told him I'd already sown most of the seeds and was just going to finish them off, he advised me to go by the moon next time. But I probably won't.
