Arrived at the Empire State this morning;what a state!
They are having a refurb which was news to me! so the whole place is in uproar. It's organised chaos to say the least.

My appointment book is quiet yet again, but the patients I have seen have all been singing my praises at reception; great news for me when the Group Practice Manager is in residence!

The chocolates are from a patient who was genuinely sad that he won't see me again; so much so he is considering travelling to see me at one of the other places I work. Or he joked he could set up his own practice and I could work for him!
