Maud came into the study today and I got zero work done because she found this brush and ran up and down with it like a dog-possessed.

I apparently didn't get paid on Friday. So I am apparently skint. Apparently, I will get paid today. As I have been spending like a man with no arms (another of my mother's and one which I do not understand) - it being Christmas, I'm glad to hear it.
