The Darling Buds of.....

December??!! I'm no gardening expert but should my White Lilac tree have buds on it at this time of the year. It's still got some leaves on it for goodness sake.
Started wallpapering the dining room today and I'd like to be finished it by tomorrow as the carpet goes down on Wednesday and guests arrive on Thursday. No pressure then. I still have to disconnect two radiators first and reinstall them afterwards. Oh yes, and the new lights and curtains haven't arrived yet. Oh Oh!
