three stages of an old thorny bush

My lovely neighbour took in a package for me today but when I popped over to pick it up she was out.

So, instead of just calling back later, I got my camera and took photos of her front garden. She has a really old rose and today it was displaying a bud, a flower and a rose hip.

I tried to catch all three in the same photo but was a bit short of time and energy!

So... this isn't great, but does what it says on the tin.
