I'm very proud of the boys that they've achieved so much in this shop. Against all the odds and the best efforts of the landlord and the other tenants they got the hole for the staircase cut and the stairs in. The client is delighted with the result; the only things that have gone wrong have been relatively small and sad to say by one company that we work with often on other projects and like a lot. Not appointed by us fortunately here.

The boys have both worked over a hundred hours this week to get the job done, but have remained remarkably cheerful and positive

Early on a Sunday morning is a good time to be travelling through London and I made a resolution to do it for my own pleasure, with a camera next time to capture some of the things I've been meaning to photo for ages
