Paper butterflies

Nick and I had an AMAZING night seeing Coldplay. They were on fantastic form and the atmosphere was electric. It was a visual treat too - during one song hundreds and thousands of paper butterflies were released into the stadium and it looked as though they were flying above us, just gently drifting in the breeze. It's something I don't think I will ever forget. I gathered up a handful when the concert finished for the girls. It was utterly magical. Everyone got a free CD too - recorded at one of the Viva la Vida tours so it was like taking a little piece of the concert home with us.

Despite the late night I was up at 6.30 again for college and it was a killer of a day. I am not enjoying photo journalism at all.
