Follow the Leader

Today we went up the road to the local farm. Every year at this time we pick apples. This year my best friend returned from Ontario, so apple picking brought back a lot of memories of picking with them when the kids were younger.
Tomorrow it's back to the grind of work, and the ease of the weekend will be lost.
I am glad we had a quiet weekend.
