Autumn colours, kiso valley,Magone

Doing the hike from Tsumago to Magone. Before setting off Tom and I ate some delicious local food, chestnut ice cream and sticky rice balls with chestnut sauce, barbecued - yum! This is a great hike not too hard. There are bells on the path to scare off bears! There were some great autumn colours and arriving in Magone at dusk was very pretty. Soon afterwards it started to rain but luckily we were in our tatami mat room at the guest house by then.
