RIP Comet Ison

I had my first Christmas present today from an ex colleague. It is a bottle of home-made apple juice and was in one of those bottle-shaped wrappers of sparkly paper which refracts light in all directions. (Not sure if that is correct in physics terms!) So, this is a close up of refracted light ... in the absence of Comet Ison (what a shame we weren't able to see it).
