First December walk

Another week has gone by with a distinct lack of blips. I went on a photography course yesterday which did help me with some basics and will help wean me off 'intelligent auto' but I hated every shot I took so haven't put any up. I seem to feeling a bit jaded with my photo taking atm so any tips from blippers as how how to get myself enthused would be most welcome!!
Today we went on our usual walk in Epping Forest,: no sun for us in the morning, just cold dreary grey. This beech caught my eye as, like a number of them, it appears to have a face. Can you see it, in profile?
