Back to it ....

Home after a lovely sunny holiday in Lanzarote and back to the peaceful leafy environs of the South Pond in Midhurst. There is a path hidden under the leaves, but at the moment you can’t tell where it begins and ends.

Hardly a sign of Christmas in Lanzarote, the same can't be said here and we are hurled bodiy into it. Our first Christmas lunch of the season today, at the Spread Eagle. As it was a group lunch, it wasn’t up to their as la carte standard, but pleasant enough and good company.
