Kettwig seems to be a popular place to live, judging by the amount of building work going on round here anyway. There are two huge housing developments currently in progress along the riverside, this is one of them. The finished apartments will have great access onto the river promenade although I wouldn't want to have to use the underground parking there...that river floods every year!
