the wrong conclusion

I was in a foul mood last night because I thought someone had ignored a specific texted request

I knew they had the text because I'd had a crack about woman drivers (ie yesterday's bad point)

turns out O2 had only delivered the first and last paragraph

can a techy nerd explain that to me
