Josh's Robin

I don't know the life expectance of a robin but I'm sure this one has been visiting for the last 7 years, I can remember a pre-school Josh watching him from the window. He's very particular about his food - he doesn't like the bird feeders and hops along the wall in front of the window until I go and put a special pile of food on the wall just for him. Unfortunately I'm sure this practise has been encouraging the mice to visit and I'm sure it's the mice that keep Coco outside, sniffing about in the dark of an evening, the dog is fearless - she loves an adventure in the dark!

Two good dog walks today but for the rest of the day I've been busy with transforming the kitchen into a thing of beauty. Washed a huge curtain yesterday so spent ages wrestling with it and trying to iron it today - rather pleased with the results - seem to have got away with tossing it into the washing machine! Going to go to work tomorrow for a bit of a rest!
