Parsley the Lion?

May be not as sweet as Parsley, but he seemed quite thoughtful.

For some of you, the reference to Parsley needs a bit of explanation. He was a character from an animated children's TV programme from my childhood - The Herbs.

Now I don't usually have a lion, an asiatic lion to be exact, in my back garden. I had to go to Chester Zoo for this one.

I had an animal adoption given to me last Christmas for the Red Pandas, which gives me a free visit to the zoo. I like going when it's quiet, so this time of year is perfect. The red pandas were out of bounds today, so he's my substitute.
