Grrr

So, I hit some home networking issues at the weekend. Our network attached storage device appeared to have died, taking with it all music, docs and most importantly photos!

I spent all evening yesterday trying to coax it back to life, and this evening I decided to take drastic action. Because I have the safety of a back up disc I decided to turn it off and turn it on again, fully expecting to lose everything.

It whirred, it clunked, it whirred some more.

Lights flashed, blue, green, red.

Checked the drive, connected to the network but no data visible. Very sad.

So I got the backup drive and prepared to restore everything.

But then, oh hello... It all came back! All of it! Happy days!
