Jupiter from the naughty step
It's been a cold, wet miserable day.
Another visit to the hospital today, dietician.
Went ok and don't need to back, my weight is where I want it to be too :-)
A day of walking and radio
Still feel low and weary, but that's a side effect of the pills I'm taking for my eye :-(
The sky cleared up this evening, so got wrapped up and sat out on the naughty step watching Orion rise.
Jupiter is absolutely bedazzling at the moment, and this evening the four galileans are on view.
To the left of Jupiter (from left to right) Europa, Ganymede and Io
Callisto is to the right of Jupiter.
The star just in shot on the right hand side is called Wasat (Delta Geminorum)
It shines at a magnitude of +3.5 and is 60.5 light years away.
Brrrrh, it's really cold out, winter is well and truly on it's way.
Hope that you all had a good day
