Cheesecake or to be more precise Rocky Road Cheesecake. Mmm yes mam. I have asked Lady Arrowsmith & Mummy Arrowsmith if such a delight could be baked for Christmas Day as 1. I love cheesecake 2. I love Rocky Road & 3. I have I have little doubt that I would love a combination of the two. I care not a jot that it's over 3,000 calories - swimming pools are intended to burn off this little bad boy.
