Lights of London

Tonight I went into London after work and met my friend who was down for a business meeting. I spotted these lights down a side street near Covent Garden and they caught my eye. We had a nice meal and a bit of a catch up.

Work isn't going very well at the moment. It seems to be a combination of other people's behaviours and my own anxieties and insecurities working together to make me feel useless and unwanted. I feel left out by my colleagues and belittled when I try to say anything. As a result I am struggling to keep my moods stable. I find Christmas a stressful time of year but I do like the lights, they make the dark evenings look cheerier.
