Salad bowl

Why don't people like salad ? Is it because they think it's just lettuce, cucumber and tomato ? It's so much more than that ! This was a delicious salad (if I may say so myself !) it had in it ; rocket, baby leaves, cucumber, sundried tomatoes, piquant chopped peppers in oil, celery, crispy onion, croutons, grated Parmesan and cesear dressing - an explosion of flavours mixed randomly as I emptied the fridge !
