These little beauties are great if you need a decent nights sleep. The instructions say take 1 tablet, but if you did that you really wouldn't wake up the next day. I take a 1/4 of one and have a great nights sleep, Sarah gma will bring you a packet home.

Actually went to the gym today, must do something with mum tomorrow, will take her shopping again!! Only 4 days to go.
