Second Goal, Less Fall
December 1st I made a pact with myself.
Have a blip for every day in December. I'm trying really hard. It's hard to find pictures of things I find interesting after dark. I was struggling this second day in December (already sheesh) to take a shot at something. So I set up an ornament on a gourd and decided to mash fall and winter together. It's close enough to winter, and definitely the holiday season. The gourds are ready to be put away, so this picture sort of signifies that.
What a wonderful end and a wonderful beginning.
Today we also shopped around for a Christmas/birthday gift for me. I asked Jason awhile back if we could get a laptop for my birthday and Christmas all mashed up together--and to get everyone to pool into it because it would be so awesome for me to have a good laptop to use for my photography, art, and writing. I can carry it all around with me.
We got one! I'm so grateful. To all my friends and family who pitched in. Can't wait to get Photoshop on it and doodle up some stuff.
All ends a great day--a good eve to my 26th birthday.
