Today was the start of another professional qualification - 2 in tandem running with a development programme in the wings - hmmm 3 on the boil ...

Just for good measure I have signed up for boot camp with 2 best buddies at work, not planned but as we strolled out at lunchtime I kinda fell into the conversation then kinda committed - I feel like a blip coming on hehe

Day off tomorrow - 5 mile walk looming oo watch this space it's going to be really cold
