Meet uncle Jeff, you gotta love him.
Jeff who can normally be seen down the river feeding ducks, squirrels other peoples dogs, even pigeons! honestly he's like doctor do-little.
Collects wood for his coal fire from the river and he loves his television.
Here he can be seen putting the world to rights lol.
