Spotty

I ride down this road everyday to go home and always get a kick out seeing this because I just don't get it. There's a mobile home with fenced acreage around it and the people that live in it always tie this cow up by a rope and let her graze in the yard instead of letting her go in their fenced pasture. I can only assume the grass in their fenced area is not all that great and they let her eat the juicy bits from their yard. She's pretty friendly too!!
