Conspiracy!

I am going to try and avoid a rant, but it really dose seam like there is a conspiracy. RingGo is just far to easy at times and then whack it hits you in the face like a wet kipper, that typical attitude from City of Edinburgh Council.

12 Tickets in 3 months and every-time I have had a valid RingGO session, yes on this occasion 'the parking tickets will be withdrawn and cancelled'. Great thanks but it still costs me time and money to appeal and why because of a few simple flaws in the app and the system that could be resolved if anyone in power possessed just a milligram of common sense! Or even cared, but no instead we have that typical Computer says no.
