In praise of part-baked bread......

.....as I am NOT a 24/7 domestic goddess, I always keep a couple of packs of (vac-packed/bought!) part-baked rolls in the kitchen cupboards for days like today.....weatherwise it's scarily windy out there, the cats are spooked and the draft excluder on the kitchen door is hooting like a banshee......breakfast was rather yummy though, so not all bad......
