From stolen cakes to 007

We are looking at the Sunseeker Wharf at Poole Quay

I was in Poole, camera in hand, to purchase what Asda last year called "German stolen cakes". Then this photo opportunity offered itself: an everyday scene at Poole Quay, but one brought to life by this morning's sunshine.

Sunseeker is reputedly Poole's largest employer. It manufactures a large range of luxury motor yachts; the boat shown in the photo must be one of the company's larger models.

Sunseekers have no doubt benefited from product placement in four consecutive James Bond films: "The World is not Enough", "Die Another Day", "Casino Royale" and "Quantum of Solace".
