All down to preparation

We were having friends over for lunch the next day.

I'd already made some soup - nice, if a bit fiddly, and had run out of steam for making the banana and chocolate muffins. So I settled for doing most of the prep to make it easier in the morning.

By the way, the scabby looking paper is the butter dripped and much consulted recipe :-)
