The Pillow

Jo bought this for me today. She is a wonderful, considerate, caring wife.

I need it now and I will be needing it even more soon if my trip to the doctor today was anything to go by.

And no, it probably isn't what you think.

It is a bit sucky though. Two and a half weeks into a new job and I had to explain to the boss that I will be needing a little time off soon. He was fine though. A breath of fresh air from my last employer.

I am sitting on it right now. Mmmmm. Comfort.

I hope no-one finds this offensive. Sometimes when you are a little down it pays to laugh at yourself. 6 months from now I will look at this entry and wonder what I was thinking.

And of course if there is a sudden flood in my neighbourhood...well, I'm sorted.
