Trip the light fantastic.

Its that time of year when a majority of the households in this country get their windowsills dusted off to make way for the Xmas decorations. It is part of the ritual that brings a vibrant change of colour to our streets.
It should be a time of goodwill but the sight of the litter bin chained to this lamp post makes me realise what a fickle World it is!
