The arch is apparently a whales jaw bone. You can see St Mary's church and the Abbey behind it.

We have come home today and not to soon. Where we drove and parked today in now under water from the high tide. I haven't seen it myself but some of the pics on Scarborough news face book show how bad it is.

OMG it's unbelievable.

It would have been interesting to see and would've made great blips but I feel for the people that live there.

Good thing that happened today -

We got home safely even though it did take a while.
